Tony is doing a great job. The payroll is being met every month without going into debt. The website is only a little out of date. We own some great property in Arizona that's ideal for exploration work when it gets cold in Canada in the winter. If we replaced Tony that person might want to use up money drilling or taking over another company with real assests. I'd rather just buy into a company like AIX that's doing something.
