RE: carlin trend primer

RE: carlin trend primerI spent Saturday with John Livermore, the geologist that discovered the Carlin mine and the Dee Mine,  Pinson Mine and others.  I talked with him about Mkuvia, as a young geologist he worked on a beach placer in Florida.  They were processing 1000 tons of sand per hour and developed a unique way to sample beach sands.  Very interesting stuff for Mkuvia.

On the Carlin topic, I specifically discussed Carlin-type deposits in Mexico.  Canplats CPQ has annouced "jasperoids" that are juiced with gold, antimony and barium.  Very interesting... by the way John Livermore is a gracious gentleman and is going great for 91, we even beat on some rock outcrops on Saturday.
