Lawsuit = $$$ Aquila doesn't have....YES, LITIGATION DOES RAISE THE COST OF A MINE... EXACTLY ,,, AND AQUILA HAS HOW MUCH LEFT? LESS THAN A MILLION AND THEY OWE HOW MUCH? MRT PROPERTY, LEASES, ETC.. ABOUT $8-10MM ? A MILLION LEFT OUT OF HOW MUCH? $25MM PRIVATE PLUS HOW MUCH MORE?
