Re: Energy fuels and Magnum U.With the EFR offer of .78 shares of EFR for each share of MM I would imagine that we may be price bound until the June 30 closing of this agreement. At the very least I don't believe this will be a catalyst for a further price decrease, although in these stormy market conditions nothing is out of the equation. Obviously the majority of institutional and retail holders of EFR are long at this point in our development, as we quietly await more positive news on the proposed mill development. Energy development the world over is in a period of metamorphosis and we can only wait and see what will evolve. My bet is that nuclear energy still has legs. I have been aquiring a position in EFR over the past few years as I see a first rate team led by Mr. Glasier that is patiently and consistently leading this company towards being a profitable U. producer.
