VST/LFD

VST/LFDAs I stated a couple of mths. ago I still believe that VST&LFD are working together on some  sort of deal in the near future.As I speak LFD is @ the halfway mark involving a $20m PP. They have been in advanced talks involving PSC.With their $18m + their close relationship wih VST it could be a possibility. Comments please.
