AGM Attendance List & Urgency of Donations1) AGM ATTENDANCE:
I am starting a list of people who will be attending the AGM. The list is to get an appreciation of the type of representation us minority folks will have at the AGM. I already have 3 people on the list that have been confirmed.
Please let me know if you will be attending the company’s AGM. If possible, I will try to post the list so everyone can get an appreciation.
2) URGENCY OF DONATIONS:
Drichard53 is working his butt off in attempting to secure a lawyer for us. With all sincerity, he is working as hard as humanly possible on this, especially considering he has other commitments in his own life.
Many lawyers are locked up right now due to the many legal situations resulting from the economic crisis. Although there is nothing official to report on right now, we are seeing some progress. An update will be provided as soon as we have something official to report.
Over the last few days, there have been good suggestions from a number of people that have meant well. Unfortunately, it has resulted in some key areas being all jumbled and stalled, and with the potential of collapsing.
As a result, I’m going to step up here for the moment and make an executive decision, for the sake of progress. I understand it may ruffle some feathers, but so it, given the alternatives. Not everyone can be accommodated all of the times, and we have too much at stake with the battle against Severstal as they try to steal our company from us for peanuts (IMO). WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT IF SEVERSTAL SUCCEEDS THEN WE HAVE NO COMPANY, AND POTENTIALLY MANY OF US WILL LOSE SIGNIFICANT DOLLARS OR WILL AT LEAST NOT REALIZE THE TYPE OF GAINS THAT ARE ENTILTED TO US.
THERE WILL NEED TO BE SOME TRUST DEMONSTRATED HERE OR WE WILL NOT SUCCEED.
Going forward, HFC101 will be fully in charge fundraising, as long as he chooses to stay in the role (he has an extremely busy life also). We will use his trust account – the way it is set up right now. Others have suggested some other ideas. HFC101 explained some challenges with those other methods. Time is precious right now and simplicity is very important. Also, time is very limited for HFC101.
I have met HFC101 in person (I have met Drichard53 in person also – 2 different people). They both have the same goals as all of us minority oppression investors.
We will go with the process that HFC101 recently posted. Here is the link:

PLEASE DONATE ASAP. PLEASE DONATE TONIGHT OR TOMORROW IF YOU CAN. WE CANNOT MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT DONATIONS. WE CANNOT DO THE BASIC THINGS TO FIGHT THIS OPPRSSION BY SEVERSTAL WITHOUT YOUR DONATIONS.
Whatever funds are not used, will be pro-rated between all the donators and returned the donators. If anyone has any questions about the instructions then please contact HFC101. COMMUNICATION IS VITAL.
HFC101, given this post, we might want to provide an update in a couple of days, instead of waiting until June 30th. That will allow people to see how the donation drive is coming along.
It was my intention to remain in the background (due to my personal situation) and believe me when I say that this is the last thing I wanted to do, but I felt I had to step up like this or risk the campaign falling apart. As mentioned, I know I likely ruffled some feathers, but it is for the sake of progress. We know the alternatives. IF WE WIN WE WIN TOGETHER, IF WE LOSE WE LOSE TOGETHER – THERE ARE NO INDIVIDUALS!
