TVI Pacific Inc. is a Canadian resource company focused on mining projects in the Philippines. The Company holds a 30.66% interest in TVI Resource Development Phils., Inc. (TVIRD). TVIRD's assets include the wholly owned Balabag gold-silver mine and Siana gold mine (Siana). It also has in its portfolio of projects its 100%-owned Mapawa project (gold), a 60% indirect interest in the Mabilo project (a copper-gold-iron skarn deposit that offers potential for multi-metal products, namely copper, gold and silver, with by-products magnetite and pyrite), and a 60% interest in Agata Mining Ventures Inc.     I don't know about the up front agreement, that will be nice when that is in place as organizing ships can take time that is what they are going thru now . The smelter will give them a up front agreement when they feel comfortable that the ore is consistent. TVI roughly produces 150 tons of ore/day so since their last shipment they should have roughly 5,500 tons on the ground ready to go they had some left over . Not the worst if they wait as copper seems to be moving up and they do sell on the spot price. GLTA



   Hopefully this next qrter is good shaping up nicely (NEED NEWS THAT DRILLING HAS STARTED)
