To All HRG Minority ShareHolders:The HRG Minority shareholders working group (11 members whosenames you would recognize, actively communicating and working for yourbenefit) have selected an attorney who they feel can be an asset asgeneral counsel, to all minority shareholders, with respect to thepending AGM and with an eye to future strategies/needs. To those thatdoubt their intent, they together hold in excess of 15 million shares.
They are asking all minority shareholders to step up to the plate and assist them by:
- responding to Production05's request,
- by attending the AGM,
- by listing your holdings and sell positions with NaturalCurrency,
- and, if you are NOT on NaturalCurrency's list, WHY NOT? If you ARE, have YOU contributed your fair share? (or riding coattails of others? IMO)
As minority shareholders of HRG we will NEVER be dealt with fairlyif we do not fight, and to put up any kind of fight, it must be donetogether in numbers, and with trust.
Please understand that they can not disclose publicly on thisboard, the details of what they are doing, and what they are planningon doing, without telling Severstal . Yes, it hard to trust someone youhave not met, even harder to trust them with your money, but if you donot trust now, you can trust that fact HRG's BoD is going to rip youoff (IMO). If you are happy with $0.22 for your shares, you are rippingyourself off (IMO).
Production05has gone to great lengths in his postings to show us all the real valueof HRG. NaturalCurrency has taken it upon himself to show each of usthat we are not alone. ccharlwood has all ready taken legal steps onhis own dime, which will benefit us all. And poor HFC101 is forced tostand on the street corner to raise funds.
A Class Action Lawsuit is the ambulance at the BOTTOM of the cliff (IMO).
Please step up for your sake, and every other minority holders sake.
