RE: RE: Sold this morning"Unsolicited take over" is exactly why I don't trade this stock. I should play the swings, but once the Chinese deal came to the table, that game is out the window for me.

Until the Chinese deal is finalized (which will take this stock up on its own) I'm waiting for the take over bid. MAA is going for a song @ $.70. Look at the share price predictions for this stock 9 months ago.

BHP, Agrium, CF, Terra, etc. could come in and pick this up cheap now. How many shareholders are going to vote against a $1.50-$2.00 offer now? What about the financiers who were buying shares last year over $2.50?

MAA Management have made a good call here, but I don't believe this is the last move. This was the opening move on fully financing this project. If you want in on the action, now is the time to decide.
