Interesting. STT had 1.7 million shares suddenly, today. According to your previous posts about the insiders activities, it might be the insiders buying.

Just read over its investor presentation, it says it has $60 million backlog in 2009:

Total backlog $60 M
Analysis:
Flue gas desulphurization $ 16 M
Mining and oil sands $ 12 M
Industrial and municipal water - International $ 25 M
Municipal water – North America $ 2 M
Industrial conveying systems $ 3 M
Soil remediation $ 2 M

With just 31 S/O, these numbers are huge. It might be big profitable this year based on the above.
