I find much of the reasoning rather laughable.$0$0$0$0The issue about the volatility of the shareprice for instance: I plotted the ratio of the stockprices and it $0$0has been since KDX was valued this high relative to SVM.TO; so from a historic perspective the offer$0$0is more than fair.$0$0$0$0$0Furthermore, the KDX shareholders get shares in a worldclass silver company that is MAKING MONEY and$0$0pays a DIVIDEND!!! The KDX board conveniently forgot to mention that. I guess they just want more money,$0$0but I hope SVM just lets them hang dry for a while.$0$0$0$0$0There are lots more good deals out there and in a while we can buy KDX for half the price!$0$0$0$0$0$0$0$0$0$0$0$0$0
