Another point to make is that there is a much larger here picture than AZG, as it relates to the placement.  Examine the current economic environment; peoples appetite for risk is not as healthy as it once was. This would easily dissuade a prudent investor from locking his/her wealth up for months in a private placement, on such a speculative situation.

This has little to do with the company and more to do with overall instability and sentiment, and i'd consider the choice not to participate a very well informed decision to make considering those facts.

I often disagree with Mr. David Morgan's views on certain things, but with regard to this company he is correct in his statement that In a different market environment, AZG would have been trading much higher on any of the news they've released.

Either way, a call to the company can settle it for anyone interested.
