Proprietary Information ??

Proprietary Information ??Question to the forum:  Who owns all  the information/surveys/ and field data gathered over the last many years on the assets that Oilexco was developing?
Was the information in the hands of ONSL or proprietary information held by Oilexco Inc. ? Is there a value to this information and if so, will Premier get it as part of the deal or not?
Robbie, there is no disclosure or discovery until there is a lawsuit underway, and to the best of my knowledge that has not happened yet....
Taking myfirstmillions assumption one step further, what can Oilexco offer the major debtors (70%) being Sevan Marine and Diamond Drilling in order to satisfy them for (in part) the money owing to them? One must think that discussions have occurred and getting some return in a restructuring is much better for Sevan and than getting nothing at all......
What is the status of the Joint Ventures that were in place?? were they with ONSL or Oilexco and is there a value for the joint ventures?
your thoughts appreciated !!!
