Blame Storming

Blame StormingSounds like YNG had a blame storming meeting, and the contractor gets it.  No one at YNG is accountable for anything?  Were they not there?  Come on really.  The technology for those scrubbers is out there for everybody.
Nevada wanted the best available technology, so I guess your buying that graham just invented the best available technology.  I really don't get it.
