Does anybody remember....

Does anybody remember....... when CGI made it's last acquisition?

Was it two, maybe three years ago?  Maybe longer?

We're sitting on a pile of cash, $1.5B in credit, record low interest rates, and probably some pretty good bargains out there.

What's the problem Mike?

Surely there is a company we can snap up for between $1 & $2B?  Give us a boost to get over $5B in annual rev and maybe $1.50 eps.

These share buybacks are obviously not working as method of adding shareholder value.

Time for a new strategy.

- Serge.
