The said article was published on the 6. 03. 2009 which was the 6th of March. The headline says the following:
The silence concerning the gas exploration in block 1711 is apparently coming to an end soon. Representatives of Sintezftegas are expected in Nambia in the coming weeks, at which time the participants expect to be informed of the results.
The rest of the article is just a bunch of speculation all of which we have read many times over on this board.
