Interesting Post re SSS & TTH
I'm a shareholder in both SSS Stem Cell therapeutics as well as Transition. Late last week SSS surprised by announcing they were advancing exercise date and reducing the exercise price of their previously issued warrants.
Folks over on the SSS board have been speculating why all weekend. Today someone (LadyM on SSS) posted that they'd seen the referenced link below (Craven_Mohrhead on WTN), which asserts that TTH has made an offer to purchase all the outstanding shares in SSS that TTH does not currently own. This is surprising to me as I thought TTH recently sold the last of their long-time holding in SSS. Has anyone here heard anything regarding this? In case the link doesn't work I've pasted below the important part of the post LabyM found from the WTN board.

Important part of the post by Craven_Mohrhead on WTN:
Well I found a news release at Pharma Marketletter:
Canada's Transition Therapeutics says that it has made an offer to
acquire all the outstanding equity securities of Stem Cell
Therapeutics that it does not already own (at present it holds 46% of
the firm's shares).
Thoughts? Discussion?
