dont' we go to court today?

I saw a news release or "update" with a court date of July 8, but also saw a message here saying it had been set back to July 14 or so? Anyhow, the word from FGD was July 8 in Nevada I believe, and no official word since then.

So if the company doesn't issue news saying otherwise, is that what's happening?

Predictions for today? Mine are: FGD goes to court, FGD survives, FGD forgets to issue news though either way (before or after, good outcome bad outcome), and FGD "soars" as they say on Stockhouse, as people believe everything is status quo, etc.

Yep, look for 6 to 6.5 cents today or higher, which you haven't seen for.... whew, long time.
