I agree Renegade- they really need to clean up their communications. (and yes, I remember that SStreet tune.lol)

It is technically possible that the first filing was accurate and they had yet to finalize the comp for the new prez.
If he's only being paid in shares- I'm fine with that too, but I would think he'll get some salary in addition.
