"Real Gold Mining Ltd. priced a HK$1.03 billion ($133 million) Hong Kong initial public offering, the largest in four months, as gold’s surge increased demand and helped the producer sell stock at the top end of a range.
The Inner Mongolia-based producer and its controlling shareholder sold a 25 percent stake, or 165 million shares, at HK$6.25 apiece, according to a sales document. The price values Real Gold at about 10 times this year’s earnings, as estimated by Citigroup Inc. and Macquarie Group Ltd., which managed the sale.

"Hong Kong individuals ordered 68 times the number of Real Gold shares initially reserved for them, said two people involved in the sale, who declined to be identified because the information is private. Institutions demanded 15 times the shares remaining available to them after some were re-allocated to cover excess retail demand, one of the people said."
