Actually, the importance of sending me the signed letters even in this first round is that if we collect enough, we can show Severstal the average price people would tender at. If  the average price is is more than they are willing to pay, they wil drop the bid and focus on running the company for highest value to all shareholders. At some point they will realize that they can make more money on their 57% than they can trying to buy us out.
