RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: I can crunch the numbeI must ask then what is your time line as a US/TSE main board listing would take at least a year. They have many reporting/financial issues they would have to straighten out before this could happen, I know this because I too had discussions with TA/MP and they conveyed that this was definitely NOT a priority. As far as the stock options go welcome to the stock market, that gets played at all levels but especially at the one we are at, if u can't accept that as a price of possibly seeing many multiples on your original investment u should get out of this arena. As I pointed out it works out to a penny or two a share in earnings, negligable in the bigger picture really.
Back to my point and that being if you want to let Castle grow and show and be recognized then u have a fair bit longer to wait. As far as an intermediate buying us out you will NEVER see the kind of premium you are looking for, the management of those companies have massive fiduciary duty liabilities to their shareholders and at that level of the game they pay for it dearly if they screw up. I for one am not prepared to accept only 50% (which is the maximum i think u would get from the suitors u speak of) on 70 cents after such a long wait, and if nothing comes on Monday I expect us to drift back down into the 60's.
You can choose to do what u want but the companies that get momentum by getting the headstart in this game will be the biggest gainers and have the position to negotiate the best terms as the action heats up. Is it a perfect scenario, probably not, but it is in my opinion the smartest and most beneficial at this juncture to start our company down the most rewarding path for the next year or two. Again just my opinion. All the best investing!
