I thought that IVAN already had a good relation with China since it has been doing business with them for years. But I guess that is in China. Since the oils sands are in Canada, and we know that China is seeking oil resources, I guess it would be wise to have someone who knows the "Canadian ways" of doing business. I hope that is his purpose to help procure a deal in the Canada.$0$0
