RE: RE: RE: RE: Wait and see......Block 9 would be fantastic.Obviously the deal has been signed as there would be no reason to raise the $30m. No one in their proper mind would fork over big $$$ if the deal wasn't guaranteed.Just can't understand the delay with the NR.Any  opinions as to why the delay?
