GS Employee Compensation

The Company made 2B+ in profits but are paying put 6B+ in bonuses ? Does that mean GS now has a -4B+ in losses or is that 2B+ in profits aftter the bonuses ? Regardless, too rich IMO. These guys are not working for its shareholders, they are working for themselves with shareholders capital. Earnings per share $4.85/share, earnings per employee $900K. Nuts !
