It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Is this why the 66.6% number was used as the threshold for triggering sprotts equilibriaitng payout...Management control just over 17% of the company...

Hey what do I know but the nutcracker may be being brought to bear on these big dreaming but underperforming clowns. Take us out at a reasonable price I say and let the chinese nutcrack the managements minority position. I suspect the chinese will need to keep them old boys on board to help them negotiate with the native peoples... come to think of it sprott is an expert at doing that aren't they... at least their sprott resources vehicle has successfully negotiated with the indians before..

what are we waiting for is probably talks between management and the potentially hostile bidder to take place.. I can't believe sprott would commit to a low ball rip off offer...
