It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

RE: news flash from the topYup it looks like a power play is under way. let's hope the chinese are feeling the pressure to move quicker then any potential competitors. Ergo deliver  the ultimatum before the week end fellas.... It would be highly embarassing for management to fail to produce a counterbidder at this point... Hopefully its too late for them to get some more stock options or sell a whack of stock... the 20% rule sucks if the chinese are present a fair offer....

wouldn't it be great if a competitive bidder emerged and offered to do a joint venture on mount klappen... That is why sprott theoretically might  have negotiated a reasonable take over offer... One that would thwart just such a move due to the good offering price... 

just speculating but there are only so many probable scenarios in the realm of possibilities...
