Water Infrastructure

Water InfrastructureI carry a swath of this stock, and have continued to add to my holdings.  I have worked in the water and wastewater infrastructure business.  Most of North America's water and wastewater infrastructure is rotting heritage built in the 50's, 60's and 70's, primarily with concrete with steel reinforcement.  A number of municipalities are facing, and have been facing, major replacement and repair of their water infrastructure.  A good chunk of this falls into potential ZCL product categories.  It is essentially an untapped market.  But parabeam has the potential to be used for a good chunk of the necessary underground infrastructure items.  I look at this as the largest potential market, moreso than oil and gas.  ZCL is looking at this market, and in their own words "has barely scratched the surface."  (annual report)
I expect them to grow rapidly in this market, not just from common sense, but from a number of gnomic statements throughout their reports.
Management has continued to express their belief by buying shares on the market throughout the financial depression.
They are trading well below a sensible p/e, especially with their growth curve, and balance sheet.
No brainer.
Cheers,
Ogre
