Did they underestimate thier boiler feedwater treatment abilities...yes.  Have they fouled thier boilers because of this....probably.  Is this a show stopper .......not at all!   Pretty easy to fix this problem...yes money is required, but still an easy fix!  If you think for one second that boiling water is some sort of revolutionary technology that they need to overcome, then give your head a shake!

By the way, look up firebag's sagd production history.  Opti/nexans trend has a striking resemblance.  NOTHING yet shows any indication of not reaching 2010 yr end target?

I may not know "Mr. Ed",  but at least I know what I'm talking about!
