Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The value of NCU

The value of NCU9.3 Blbs copper (current spot price $2.40 per lb)
130 million tons iron (current spot price $85 per ton)
1.45 MOz gold (current spot price $937 per Oz)
55 MOz silver (current spot price $13.4 per Oz)

At current spot prices, the resources translates to 23.8 + 11.8 + 0.79 + 1.45 = 37.8 MOz of gold

If NCU was a pure gold company the gold bugs would be all over it, because it's not everyday they'd find a company operating in one of the best mining places in the world, with an advanced project that currently holds almost  38 MOz worth of gold and with a market cap of around C$40 million.
