RE: Morning updateGood morning Ernie,
Thanks for the latest news - I need to stay in touch because my research in Timmins is taking up much of my time. Every corner you turn there you find Goldcorp which seems familiar somehow. I am also looking after Central Yukon on behalf of Habanero and Underworld, no sign of G yet but I am betting they are there somewhere !
What can we expect from this hole on the Island, is this looking for good grades or is it just to further their understanding of the formation and the size of the hoped for ore body. My guess is the latter but I am no geologist.
As far as I can see what CYP are doing is improving the scale of what G is doing up the road and therefore reducing their cost per ounce when they start on the ex-GoldEagle ground. On that basis the size of the ore body on the CYP/SYH land is almost as important as the grades per tonne although the higher the better with the latter as this will dictate the buyout price I assume.
I am sure someone will tell me I haven't got a clue what I am talking about, but don't worry coz that's the story of my life, and I can always migrate to the Yukon, once I have returned from Scotland, and cause a bit of chaos on the UW and HAO boards.
GLTA - The markets are having a good run up at the moment but there will be a bounce sometime, be careful.
