When the downturn hit 1 yr. ago they were in trouble for cash. The remaining assets were then switched to NTR for stock and warrants.. NTR also obtained the copper property but I believe they wrote it off without promise. They have a warrant  .12 for 2 yrs. with them. Most of the people in the placement were longterm holders of FV and well aware of the significance of Sonora.
