They were one of the most heavily traded stocks on the TSX today. Ranked 45 or so on biggest gainers and this article should help too. The more attention the better. Wish BNN could pick it up on market call or another of their shows.

TORONTO — Some of the most active companies traded Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange:
Toronto Stock Exchange (10,432.35 down 82.97 points):
Western Canadian Coal Corp. (TSX:WTN). Miner. Up 27 cents, or 12.80 per cent, to $2.38 on 12,146,500 shares. The metals and mining subindex led all the advancers on the TSX, rising 1.09 per cent.
Teck Resources Ltd. (TSX:TCK.B). Miner. Up 46 cents, 1.89 per cent, to $24.75 on 12,146,500 shares. Teck has been selling assets and cutting costs to pay down the debt acquired after the $14-billion purchase of Fording Canadian Coal Trust last year.
Grand Cache Coal Corp. (TSX:GCE). Coal producer. Up 36 cents, or 16 per cent, to $2.61 on 11,101,963 shares. Last month, the company reported that its fiscal full-year revenue jumped 70 per cent, helping it to reverse year-ago losses and pushing it to get back in the black.
Mercator Minerals Ltd. (TSX:ML). Miner. Up seven cents, or 4.09 per cent, to $1.78 on 10,026,745 shares.
Nuvo Research Inc. (TSX:NRI). Drug developer. Up 4.5 cents, or 10.84 per cent, to 46 cents on 8,901,901 shares. The biotech company's stock continued its steep ascent, closing at a high not seen since March 2007 as its osteoarthritis treatment Pennsaid is set to be reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Aug. 5.
Suncor Energy Inc. (TSX:SU). Oil and gas. Down 20 cents, or 0.55 per cent, to $36 on 8,599,079 shares as it announced a $51 million loss during second quarter, down from net income of $829 million in the same year-ago period. The Competition Bureau has approved its merger with Petro-Canada (TSX:PCA) late Tuesday.
TSX Venture Exchange (1,123.45 up 8.81 points):
KWG Resources Inc. (TSXV:KWG). Miner. Up two cents, or 66.67 per cent, to five cents on 12,852,493 shares. The company's shares rose sharply to an intraday high of 83 per cent on news it has completed its purchase of a net smelter royalty in the Black Thor, Black Label and Big Daddy chrome discoveries in the James Bay Lowlands in northern Ontario.
Romarco Minerals Inc. (TSXV:R). Miner. Up five cents, or 6.10 per cent, to 87 cents on 9,831,260 shares.

Precision Drilling Trust (TSX:PD.UN). Up two cents, or 0.37 per cent, to $5.48 on 936,361 shares. on news its second-quarter profit more than doubled to $57 million or 22 cents per unit from $22 million or 16 cents per unit in the prior-year period. The trust said its Grey Wolf acquisition helped boost revenue by 51 per cent.
Shoppers Drug Mart Corp. (TSX:SC). Pharmacy. Down 24 cents, or 0.51 per cent, to $47.25 on 698,477 shares. The country's largest pharmacy chain boosted its second-quarter profits by 7.5 per cent, helped by an increase in prescription sales and the expansion of its store space.
Timminco Ltd. (TSX:TIM). Down four cents, or 3.36 per cent, to $1.15 on 787,804 shares after the Toronto miner said it plans to lay off up to 60 employees amid weak second-quarter demand for its upgraded metallurgical silicon, used in making solar energy cells.
