EPS beats consensus by 6 cents.....

"12:34AM Teck Resources beats by $0.06 (TCK) 22.58 : Reports Q2 (Jun) earnings of $0.44 per share, excludes items, $0.06better than the $0.38 First Call consensus; revenues decreased 5.4% year/year to $1.71 bln (no consensus estimates)."

The 6 cents is US funds.....TCK reports in CDN dollars so the end result is still good...." beat estimate"

I think we are in for a run in the morning...especially with Asian markets up and all other idicators looking positive on the North American side...maybe I should touch wood as morning is still some 6 hours away and one never knows what can happen in 6 hours...
