Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. From the middle of June to the middle of July the stock DROPPED from 2.25 to 1.63 (over 25%) on nothing. Surely with a Phase 3 announcement you would expect the share price to jump way above 2.25 which would exceed 20% by some margin.
