Obviously, anyone can sue anyone it they so choose. However, it would be hard to fathom a situation where Severstal/Lybica would sue minority shareholders. To sue  us for  not selling our shares cheap to them would be ridiculous.  I hope you will join us by sending in your letter by fax. It would be much appreciated. Thanks.
