The time frame at which the offers were solicited had oit trading in the $32-$35 dollar range.  The economics were all different, then.  Corporations are bought for their future potential.  Also, they are sold for the same reasons.  From my readings, the potential of the properties are not only good, they are very good.

So why sell?

Second,  We know that the second quarter financials will indeed be improved due to production and Oil price.  What is the reason for releasing the next quarter results? 

In reading the boards, there is obviously a lot of people who have lost trust in this management.  I would have to agree that they have not come forth with free-flowing information.  As shareholders, we get the absolute minimum. 

The due diligence must have been completed by now.  The economics have improved. 

Once again, why give away shareholder value.
