Like a trade in baseball...ya gotta give something to get something. Here's where Harp et al have to make the tough decisions. So in broad terms- just speculating here- would you prefer a) settle for what is offered and start mining by year end? or b) dig in and hold out another 6-12 months? for other friendly funding to come in?  There may be other options on the table, I wouldn't know. Bottom line- as pertains OUR interest- the stock price- which is better? 50% of something or 100% of nothing? (rhetorical) Should be an interesting month if this comes to pass.
