To me the market is clearly indicating that Severstal/Lybica's offer is going to be shot down in flames. No surprise there. I would also not be surprised to see the pilot, a bear no doubt, parachute out with a badly burned tail. Guess Canadian shareholders are more sophisticated than their (sh)air farce thought.
