RE: RE: very interesting analysis on gold
Thanks for the response Caffee, exceptional post!!!!

I thought it was definitely interesting that as he points out that the 1000 mark is now within top trend line of the channel where as in that last 2 attempts it was still outside.  The comarison to the 350 Euro gold  breakout seems to be a strikingly similar pattern to what is currently playing out!  1000 is just a number but getting over this convincingly will certainly bring in a lot more buying...

Eager to see what happens with the CFTC regulations now that they appear to be on the side that speculation did actually cause the oil market spike last year and they are saying that they are changing their position on the matter because the last review was based on BAD DATA....omg!!!
Limiting and enforcing position limit size has got to affect the commodity complex especially the PM's.
You'd have to think that some of the large institution huge short positions in gold and silver will need to get wound down and relatively speaking given the size of the markets this is where some of the largest abuse occurs as Ted Butler points out.

Thanks for the link to the Aden Sisters charts, I have seen these before and it's very compelling and as you say a picture is worth a thousand words, I find this one telling!

cheers hope you are enjoying the summer as well!
