RE: TSX delistingThere have been many complaints written to the TSX and OSC about the de-listing issue, including from some institutions. Although there is always this risk, the pressure will be on the TSX to really be careful with this issue. Also, if de-listed, there will be pressure on the HRG Board to list on another exchange such as the TSX Venture.

When the new $.30 bid fails, Severstal will likely want to keep the company public in order to keep its own shares liquid. Severstal needs to have much flexibility with its assets due to its current financials problems. Therefore, they will likely make all efforts to comply with TSX. This is a profitable company now with manageable debts.
