The clear conclusion to draw from this selling (plus the lack of any positive news) is that Sinivit is still broken and not producing anywhere near original guidance. If it were, he would certainly have waited to sell until after that was announced.

The bottom is very probably not in for NGG.V and won't be until after another round of disappointing announcements admitting continued failure at Sinivit.
