RE: RE: RE: RE: Re: 6 x Earnings

RE: RE: RE: RE: Re: 6 x EarningsThanks Mooreman for the "heads-up" on Delphi Q2 results.... I just got back from vacation on July 24th. As identified by DElphi Energy  in their Q2 results on SEDAR  "For the 3 and 6 months ended June 30, 2009 the stock options were anti-dilutive (avg. convert price $1.40)...... I had used all the 7.238 million o/s options (including the 2.557 million issued during Q2, 2009) in calculating my expected fully diluted cashflow per share and my second error was a pleasant surprise to me on the production side where I had allowed too much for planned maintenance especially on the NGL side by close to 200boe/d.
We probably have very similar perspective on Delphi as a value investment over the coming couple of years, but short range(6 month horizon) the price of NG as a commodity will determine....... I hope for many people's sake that the hurricane season is not unusually difficuly,
Best regards,
ElJ
