In all seriousness, I think we shoudl consider electing someone to the board - now I have no idea of the nomination process, but the Severstal-controlled board is making me sick. The thing that really made me mad, in the "messy saga" article, was that Eric Sprott supposedly offered to convert his debt holdings to equity, but SEVERSTAL declined. Are you kidding me? I guess why not just keep issuing ridiculous private placements for themselves........... this kind of stuff must be barely legal.
