Wally, when they are stuck at a LOW share price, they just can't raise any money. They'll need a PILE of cash to keep exploring. Expect at LEAST a 5:1 to try to get some institutional interest, because they are a LOWLY penny stock right now (and imagine how BAD it will be at 5 cents, SOON)!!!!!!!!!!

IMO!

PS - 95% of reverse splits end up BACK at their pre-split price! Just look at TAHtanic!
