it's called mass psychology. when there is a market correct bail out as fast as you can. but you know what sir John Templeton always said, buy on uncertainty and sell when things are great. in other words buy when everyone else is selling and sell when everyone else is buying. it's against our human nature to operate that way that's why some like the "Bozo" are selling and probably will be buying at higher prices later on. just MHO.
