RE: Re : BurconAnyone have any information on Burcon's process & results... they seem to be able to extract the protein from canola through a patented process without Hexane.   BXI seems to be marketing themselves as a lower cost, higher quality supplier whereas Burcon seems to be marketing themselves as a supplier.  Can anyone weigh in on this??
