Current valuation

Current valuationIf my calculations are correct, when this deal is done in 4 weeks, MAG will have a cash valuation of $0.45/share. So with a current share price of $0.485, the market is either believing the deal won't get done, or the potash mine is worthless or the market is seriously undervaluing this stock.

MAG with full financing and a PIA is worth $.90-1.10/share. One little news release this week stating that the meetings in Beijing went well and the share price is headed there in a hurry.
