RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: : RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE:I paid .06 like an idiot on that pump and dump 7/29. I must have been over come by my recent gains which were attained by being careful and disciplined. My fault. Now that I am "in" on this juggarnaut I have been researching to see what it is I have bought. As far as I can tell in reading the TPS website, with regard to the contracts, I still can't find them. They actually won an Air Condition refurb deal on existing trains in Malaysia announced in April worth $3.5M US and a $1m Airconditioning refurb in their own country in Aug of 08 but that's all that's there. Where are the "military trials", what are they for etc. There is a big difference between providing a propulsion system for a train and a propulsion system for an A/C unit. The $3.5 and the $1.0M also add up to the posted revenues so they probably have been paid. If I was Bombardier and wanted my work done I would probably gives these "broke little buggers" the money to do it upfront.
In addition who are these "others" who have awarded TPS contracts? And believe me if TPS "runs short on cash flow" there will be a line up of other companies to fill the gap. If and when TPS does run out of money Bombardier could just "in house" them for whatever they wanted.
With regard to the "noteholders relaxing" that is pure speculation. My speculation is, especially looking at how close TPS is to going under, that an issue of something (TPS shares) is better than nothing which is exactly what they'll get if Bombardier, for instance, decides to starve TPS out.
In your post on 7/29/9, right in the middle of the run up, you make referance to a possible buyout by Bombardier and used the words "bidding war" with regard to TPS. Could you please expand on that a bit as well as where I could referance the military trials and what they are for. Thanks in advance.
