RE: RE: RE: News Release

RE: RE: RE: News Releasekershacinvegas,

Well, since I've invested well over US $120,000 you must be right that I want Liberty Mines to fail.  Let me ask you a few question.  Anyone else is free to hop in as well.  First, I do understand it was a host of things that caused this company to fail and have to put itself on the blocks.  Some of the reasons were internal and some external but in the end the CEO is the responsible party.  Who was the CEO?  Who is the CEO now?

Let's continue...

Why are there any convertible preferred shares at all?   There are more convertible preferred shares than common shares.  Rather unusual

Who get's ALL of those convertible preferred shares?   Why were no convertible preferred shares ever offered to existing shareholders?

Why was there never a vote on this transfer of ownership?   I think, as a shareholder, I should have been presented with the facts and been able to say "yea" or "nay".  I wasn't.  If you were a shareholder neither were you.  This doesn't bother you?   Perhaps you're Chinese and this IS the way things are done in China.

Why would China NOT take this company private as soon as it's profitable.   All they need is to control over 80% of the shares.  I think, with those convertible preferred shares [once redeemed] and the few million t hey've purchased since mid-July that they now have that 80% + figure.

How much is Jilin Jien going to pay for the nickel that Liberty Mines produces?  That's sort of germane isn't it?

How are they going to pay?   When Jilin Jien was an independent buyer they paid to buy the nickel concentrate and then paid to ship to China.  We received money up front with an adjustment after 90 days.  They also did not pay us for our byproduct metals including the copper and PGM's.

Aren't these important questions or would you rather be the sheep that's sheared.  You now have no choice but to pray Liberty Mines is profitable but when it is it will go private and there is nothing you can do about it.  Yes, I guess I AM a little critical of Gary and of this deal and of his stewardship.  I would suggest instead of worrying about me you look with a critical eye as to how this debacle occurred and know that neither you nor I can do a thing about it.  So if my post offends you - or anyone else - don't read it.  See how easy that is.  But if you'll answer those questions then we'll have a meaningful dialog.
